A zine made for the Speculation Jam by Emily Reed.

I used World of Bitsy by candle to make all the art and Electric Zine Maker by Nathalie Lawhead to put the whole thing together.

Originally, I was going to write about how we can take inspiration from the social movements of Argentina after the economic crisis of 2001, such as co-ops and trading clubs (clubes del trueque), to make professional game creation and distribution better and fairer, but it was really hard to research and write about all of that in one week, and half this week has been HELL, so you're getting an aspirational feel good zine instead.

I like the idea of the zine 💖

And I would really like to read something about trueque in games. But for now, take care of yourself 💖
